What’s your return policy?
If you’re not happy for any reason, you may return eligible within 30 days of receiving the order (Please note, earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene), provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Once your return is authorized, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions. All returned items must meet the terms of our return policy, or they will be sent back to you at your expense. Shipping fees (for orders less than $100) are non-refundable.
What items are returnable?
- Items purchased in the last 30 days.
- Have no signs of wear or damage
- In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
- In all original packaging (box and pouch included)
What items are non-refundable?
- Items marked as final sale.
- items that have been modified, engraved or resized
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
- customized products and products marked “Final Sale” on the respective product page are not eligible for return
- The bundle can only be returned as a set. No individual item of a bundle
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and checked, a refund or credit will be issued to you within 2 weeks to the same form of payment.
Note that refunds vary on a case-by-case basis, and not all returns are treated the same. So please contact us at [email protected] before sending your order back if you have any questions.
What’s the return process?
- Return parcels must be sent to specific addresses via service email which we will tell you.
- Send return order requirements to [email protected], including the pictures of products fraud, and your order number.
- The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. For your safety, make sure to get a tracking number so that you are protected in the event of theft or loss during delivery to us.
We offer free exchanges on all orders. If you wish to make an exchange, please reach out to [email protected] with the order number displayed on your receipt and our Customer Happiness Team will help you process the exchange with free return postage.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
- Don’t worry, we’ve got you! If you’ve received a damaged, or incorrect item, send us an email at [email protected] with a photo of the defect, as well as your order number and we’ll be happy to help amend this for you.
